Browse our fleet page, pick a van, and select your dates. You can book online or contact us directly. We confirm within 24 hours and send you everything you need to know before pickup.
Prices vary by van and season. Each van page shows the nightly rate. Longer trips get better value — no discount code needed. The price you see includes insurance, bedding, kitchen kit, and all the essentials.
Bank transfer and all major credit/debit cards. A deposit secures your booking, with the balance due 14 days before your pickup date.
Full refund if you cancel 30 or more days before pickup. 50% refund between 14 and 30 days. Inside 14 days, the booking deposit is non-refundable. We recommend travel insurance for peace of mind.
Yes — 2 nights minimum. Most of our customers book between 3 and 10 nights. Week-long and multi-week bookings are where the per-night rate drops.
We run a mixed fleet of professionally converted campervans. Each van page has full specs — sleeps, seats, kitchen setup, fuel type, and dimensions. Have a look at the fleet page to compare.
Bedding and linen, full kitchen kit (pots, pans, plates, cutlery), gas for the hob, camping table and chairs, a first fill of fresh water, and cleaning supplies. Everything you need to drive straight to your first stop.
Yes. Every van is fully insured for UK road use. The insurance details and excess amounts are provided at booking confirmation. Additional excess reduction cover is available.
Currently our vans are for UK travel only. Scotland, England, and Wales are all covered. If you have a specific request, get in touch and we will see what we can do.
Dogs are welcome in select vans — let us know when you book and we will match you with the right vehicle. A small additional cleaning fee applies. We ask that dogs are kept off the bed and seats.
Our base is in Glasgow. Full address and directions are sent with your booking confirmation. The location is easy to reach from the M8, Glasgow Central, and Glasgow Airport.
Pickup is from 3pm on your first day. Return is by 10am on your last day. This gives us time to clean and prep the van between hires. Early pickup or late return can sometimes be arranged — just ask.
About 10 minutes. We walk you through the van — how everything works, where things are stored, and any questions you have. Then keys in hand and you are on your way.
No. A standard UK driving licence is all you need. You must be 25 or over and have held your licence for at least 2 years. International licences are accepted with an IDP where required.
A generous mileage allowance is included with every booking. The exact amount depends on the length of your hire. Any excess is charged at a fair per-mile rate — no surprises.
All our vans have breakdown cover. You will receive a 24/7 emergency number with your booking confirmation. In the unlikely event of a mechanical issue, we will get you back on the road or arrange an alternative as quickly as possible.
Campsites, caravan parks, and many informal spots across Scotland. We can send you a list of recommended sites and apps that show legal overnight parking. Wild camping in Scotland is legal on most unenclosed land — we will brief you on the guidelines at handover.
Our vans do not have built-in toilets or showers. A portable camping toilet can be added to your booking. Most campsites have full facilities, and there are plenty of public shower options across Scotland.
Fill it up at any standard fuel station. The fuel type is marked on the van and in your handover notes. Return the van with a full tank — same as you received it.
Yes. Vans with diesel heaters can run them overnight without the engine on. We show you how at handover. It makes a real difference on cold Highland nights.
Drop us a message or give us a call. We aim to reply within a few hours during business hours, and we don't do scripts — you'll get a straight answer from someone who knows the vans.
